Toshiba 2525AC Copy starting after last page scanned

Hi all,

I have a Toshiba 2525AC machine. The customer noticed that when he is copying a large document from the DF, he has to wait the last paper to be scanned to start getting out.

I checked the settings and didn't find anything to do.

Do you have in Idea in order to get the copies are getting out immediatly??

Check if Scanner Streak Reduction is turned on. User Fuctions - Admin - General - second screen. It's a revision of what used to be called ADF Noise Reduction, except now it slows things down so badly it's useless to turn it on. We ran into this with several law firms where previous gen Toshibas had ADF Noise Reduction set to max but the new "feature", even on minimum, slows scanning speed to a crawl.

Try to do a test like copying same things but select the tray you want to copy to and not leave it to auto.
