    Tosh Bizhub C654E paper deck,not working

    Hello,
    looking for help with the paper deck on Tosh.Bizhub C654E, model.
    I hear when I power-up the machine, it recognizes the paper deck on control panel, in addition to it's correct paper size ("letter"size). Is there an actual power switch, on this paper deck? when "print" button is hit, nothing happens, it's not even trying to feed paper, and I dont see a paper jam alarm, come up. any help appreciated..Thanks...

      Has the paper deck been isolated by a lift error? Print off the management list and check to see what errors have occurred. It could be as simple as doing a System Error Clear. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
