copier has about 200K if you run a copy off the glass they are great. When using the DSDF copies look like photo mode was selected. Thanks in advance!!!

First thing I would try would be to power off, unplug the machine, remove the system board cover & HDD.
Pull out the CPU fan, clean it, the pull out the ram module, clean it & the socket. Put everything back together,
then power on while holding down the energy save key. I've had some REALLY screwy problems solved with the
Sing 16 & 18 machines by doing just that.
If you have a new spare memory card, take it with you just in case.
Other than that, double check the carriage position in relation to the Doc feeder. If it is left of center or right of center it
can make the prints lighter. On color machines you would get a cyan-ish background or a red-ish background if the
scanner is not dead center looking at the document. -
