    TOSHIBA e-STUDIO3515AC

Could someone please share procedure to reset TOSHIBA e-STUDIO3515AC back to factory defaults?
This is a lease return and hoping to wipe customer info prior to sending back.

    Please and Thank you.

I think I may have found it......
    1. press and hold "user function" button
    2. enter pass 1048 with leading and trailing hashtag
    3. Scroll to System then to All Clear

Does this sound correct.....have not tried it yet, but will next chance I get.

If you are intending to ensure the drive is wiped and setting back to "factory", do a decommission. If the machine is connected to the Toshiba ECC system and
you don't want to re-enter it, then disconnect the network cable.
Power up in F/S mode, go to 08 codes, use 8615. After it is finished, with the network cable disconnected, it will say FAIL, but that's ok. Power off the machine.
Then power back on in F/S mode, go to 08 codes, use 8616 which will enable the machine again. It will go back to the 08 mode. If you have any default
codes you want to change, then enter those, and once you reboot, everything will be back to "factory" default.

You can also do a non-forensic level wipe by going to User Functions - Admin. Scroll down to second page and tap on Factory Default. This will wipe all customer level settings and info.
Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?
