Is there a transfer tool to move data (Network config, Address Book, etc.) from one machine to the other. Just like the Kyocera maintenance mode U917?

Re: 4515AC Data Transfer
It's called "Clone" in the Admin Menu. It will gather network configuration, addressbook entries, scan shortcuts, templates, job account codes, etc into a single encrypted file, that can be reloaded to the same machine, or another machine of the same model.
On previous Toshibas, the firmware had to be at exactly the same level for this to work, but not on newer devices. And you can copy from some monochrome devices to some similar vintage color devices, but not vice versa. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: 4515AC Data Transfer
It's also worth noting that the IP address of the machine will not transfer using the Clone method. So you'll need to make a note of that and enter it manually on the new device.
As mentioned....its very common for the "From Address" in the scan to email configuration setting to get missed by the clone.Comment

Service password gets Blanked out as well. It basically copies the e2555c configuration which did not have a service password by default just a sequence of numbers entered to access the service UI. I have found other 08\05 codes that don't come across in clone because they are either new codes or discontinued as well.“First comes smiles, then lies. Last is gunfire."Comment

Re: 4515AC Data Transfer
Clone works for most models, but if it is pre-clone or EB3 there is a converter tool for the Address book, Dept Codes, E-filing and Templates. Even this tool does not support all conversions, there has been some machines that I just had to network from scratch, luckily they were smaller customers.“First comes smiles, then lies.
