    System board E studio 855

    Hi Everyone
    I have a question to ask everyone that I have a system board Toshiba e studio 305. Looking at it is the same board of E studio 855. I replaced Flash rom of E 855 and SRAM board. When I've done update firmware. The screen displayed " There is no dirfirmware E 205 - 405 in storage device. Please help me solve the problem. Thank you very much.

      I have a really hard time believing that an eS305 and an eS855 use the same system board.

      According to RIBON:
      eS305 system board 470X-S: 6LH60474000
      eS855 system board 100S: 6LH70405000
      These are NAS region part numbers, but it proves my point. They're not the same part.

      I'm going to guess, based on your comments that you're trying to fix an e Studio 855, so my suggestion is that you acquire a system board 100S from an eS555, eS655, eS755, or an eS855. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          My trouble has been resolved by remove resistor R 304 (4.7K Ohm ) in back side of CPU to R 318 position, install sram board T 100 syoiu 232 to system board and up fw E 855 in to system board. Final an E 305 system board becomes to E 855. Thank every one care of my question.
