    Jam sensors in general

    This is very common on Toshiba machines, I'm sure other vendors have this issue as well.
    Tech told me the machine had around 2 million copies. What tipped him off first was the peg
    holding the sensor flag was worn down on the left side, tossing it back up at an angle.
    If you look, you can see how the paper has worn a cut into the sensor flag, and how the arc
    on the sensor arm is worn down.
    Just passing it along for those who haven't been in the business a long time.

    Good tip for the beginners. This tends to happen to high speed machines, I usually would smooth that cut down with a file until it's replaced with a new sensor.
    Defects are simple, our mind is complicated
