Tech spotted the mylar chewed up on an MJ1110 and had numerous EF14 errors in the history.
He pulled the saddle stitch and brought it in and we found what caused the mylar to get destroyed.
The screws holding the rail in which the folding mechanism slides on, were both loose and caused
the folder to impact the mylar.
I think this is the 2nd or 3rd one of these I've seen over the years. The last one I had, they complained
of crooked/improperly folded sets because only one of the screws was loose.
