    E-Studio 3028

Got one in that the sales guy had ants in his pants to get it setup.
Well, received the toner, but the developer (D3028) is on "back order" (gee never heard of that! LOL)
So since these machines look/act identical to the 4518A, I used the D5070 developer...duh, worked
    perfectly.
As for the toner, the crum chip info on the 3018U toner is different and it would not "see" it so I had
    to use the 3028 toner.

So, if you have some of these newer b&w machines and the sales guys get a little grumpy, the D5070
developer is obviously the same as the D3028 developer. If you could get around the crum chip, the
3018 toner would work as well.

We all know why they change it though.

.. if you take the back off the copier, where is the SSD mounted? Who is the manufacturer of the SSD?

.. do the paper feed rollers in the paper trays or bypass tray share any similarities to the new design found in the e330AC?

I already wrapped it up. It didn't have a fax option so I never got the back off of it.
The paper trays are a bit different. The side guides have click locks when you move them so you know when you
hit the correct width. They have put in "shock absorbers" so when so slam the tray, it stop and gently goes in.
Hope that helps the morons that break the tray guides.
