Re: e Studio 2500ac wanted firmware
Hi.
Can someone help me? I am looking for firmware for the eStudio 2500ac printer. I had an error F101 13 and from what I found out I need a new firmware.
Lest there be a mistake, I enclose the plate from my printer.
Thanks

Re: e Studio 2500ac wanted firmware
Hi guys,
I have a Toshiba e-Studio2500AC and my current issue is. I have a error F101 which we already know is a firmware update. I have a current firmware for this machine and for some odd reason I am not able to upload into the machine. Had this firmware as a zip file. 1st I unzipped the file, then I extracted the file and then transferred all the files into a thumb drive. Took the thumb drive and plugged into the machine. Booted the machine into state #49 which is firmware updates take place. Selected update firmware and machine states that there is no folder associated for the update to take place. Question, am I doing something wrong? Possible. Can someone please guide me into right direction on how to do this smoothly. Incase, I need a new HDD, how do I transfer info from the old one into the new or when you do the firmware update it has all those information.
Thank you in advance for those who can offer their help

You need to unzip the Firmware file on your USB root, basically your firmware folder file on your USB should look like 2505AC_5005AC and inside this folder you must have all the necessary firmware files.Leave a comment:

Re: e Studio 2500ac wanted firmware
1. You should need to follow the service manual.
2. check your USB stick compatibility, used to under 8G.
3. check firmware source.
btw, you can't transfer data from the old HHD to the new one.Leave a comment:
