Try and update the firmware. If that fails, back up what files you can, format the HDD and reload the firmware.

I just got back from the call I did 5c check file sys. and then recover file sys and It worked thank you

this is a new one on me and the book makes no mention of it the screen says processing shows an hour glass and says wait a moment it can print but no scan and no copy
