Toshiba 4505AC colors mismatch

Hi guys Im newbie and new to toshiba,
my 4505AC has mismatch colors when printing or copy, i have done A-A but did not work, please help. As you guys can see magenta is always below the others. I also try to change Magenta drum to yellow but still no hope. Many thanks and wish you guys all the best.

I was thinking that maybe a color calibration might be in order. Have you looked at your manual yet? =^..^=

How many black and colour clicks are on the copier?

Thank you for your reply, black is 5k and total color is 232k.

With 232,000 colour clicks on the copier, the CMYK developers could be worn out.

No amount of button pushing on the LCD panel is going to bring this copier back without new parts

If nothing has been done to the copier to-date, many parts need to be replaced costing well over $1,000.00 and a lot of hours are needed to bring this copier back into working considtion.

I would start by entering Service Mode and printing off the PM list from Code 103.

I hope this copier is not under any service contract because someone is facing a big invoice to bring this copier back.

Assemble all of the new CMYK replacement Developers, Drums, Grids, Needle Electrodes and 2nd Transfer roller that you need.

It is less expensive to buy some off these parts by ordering a PM kit.

Remove the same from the copier and rebuild them offsite.

Then perform a colour calibration and registration from the LCD panel.

The e4505AC is now two models back discontinued and should be replaced with a new copier.

Have you tried the Color Deviation Adjustment?
05-9062, be sure to load bypass tray with paper before running this adjustment.
This will run 05-4719 first, which is color registration. If this fails before the pattern is printed, you most likely have a hardware issue.
