3018A Is there a way the user can delete faxes?

I spoke with a customer, he reported that he had received the same fax like 500 times from an account and he would like to delete those jobs. The only way I am aware is to initialize the fax board. I haven't been in that menu for a long time. Is there a way to delete received faxes to keep them from printing?

... enable Fax Receive Forward to an email address or network folder.

Also maybe in F/S Mode 75 File System Recovery/ HDD Utility/ Initialize Log File.

Also in Top Access/ Admin/ Maintenance/ delete Files/
