    7506AC copy quality

7506 with 300k. Won't maintain copy density. Run quality control and gamma adjustment, prints look good. Throughout a run, print print density starts to fade. Re calibrate and looks good again for a while. Replaced quality sensor, no difference

You might try blowing out the drum potential sensor(s), then re-calibrate. No, never with canned air! Please don't freeze the drum potential sensor! Only blower brush or your own breath.
Also check that the patch sensor shutter is opening, and the patch sensors are clean. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Did someone turn off auto adjustment, so it will calibrate every few prints? How do the charge grid look?

Changed entire patch assy. Ran a 4719, so I assume the shutter was opening. It was all the colors, not just the black, which eliminates the only drum potential sensor. I'll stop and get some samples.
