    Toner cartridge warning

    hello
I get this used machine e-3515 with 1 to 10% toner levels...my boss said to change it with new ones, and we just swap the new ones in...but now i get this warning message "Black toner cartridge was replaced before empty. Please reinsert previous cartridge. And use until empty"....and icon replace cartridge is gray.
i checked 08 code 3632 and its 0 and scroll entire manual and didnt find anything to avoid that restriction
    any help appriciated

...and i dont have old toners anymore

You can try 08-9022 to 0 then restart machine, so when you turn on then machine it will do the factory settings as new and ask you for the toners.

              Yes,its a 2100
I did all the usuall stuff, factory reset, hdd format, new fw...and still hold this settings.
Maybe its a special settings from toshiba like low color couter wich you canot find it in service manuals.
I cant ask the salesman because he is just a dealer and from other country.
But its a usefull settings if customer change toner before end...everytime he opens front door he get this message for changing toner before end and its realy annoying

08-3632 will turn off the message when they open the front door.

Sets the display of the early time toner replacement
prevention message when the front cover is
                opened.
                0: Not displayed
1: Displayed at the toner-near empty
                2: Always displayed

That was my first try and didnt work...must be some other "setting" because i also have a grey "replace cartridge" icon when you check the % of toners

My bad, I rush read your original post. In that case...
run 08-4833 (recovery from empty toner/full wtc)
run 08-5155 set to 4. Then set 08-5810 set values 0-3 to 1 %. This set when the machine displays a low toner warning, default is 5%
                    run 08-3632 set to 0.

It seems FW2100 was withdrawn from FYI.toshiba.com due to several issues.
