Need more info on what it looks like now and what you have done/replaced so far. In my experience adjustments usually are not necessary as long as the parts are up to par. Make sure your optics, including laser slit glass, are clean. When you clean the slit glass on this model it's a good idea to clean out everything, charge, belt, etc...

I think you should start off by performning this... On the Machine by Holding down 0+5 ,

use Code 396 then ENTER...wait till the WAIT finish...then key in 4 then FAX ( a printout of calibration chart will printout ) then put that on the platern glass then key in 1642 then START...finish then OFF/ON the machine....should be ok then...unless you have wear and tear parts problem...

depending on location we had a customer who would get so much dust that it would get under the glass. Had to remove the side cover pull the glass and clean the lamp itself.
