    Toshiba e-studio 310c Copier

I have a toshiba e studio 310c copier and when I print from the computer it prints out two sheets of paper, the first one says

ERROR: Unknown curve: FAST.ICCGSSXX.Sim.Set OFFENDING COMMAND:
    STACK:
    1
and the last page come out blank

Can anyone tell me what this means and where is the sims located. It copies off the glass fine but through the fiery is where my problem is.

    Thanks in advance

Try printing something else, i think that your file is corrupted.

I would delete and reinstall the driver. I would also look at possibly reloading the fiery os. Also make sure the driver and fiery versions match or you can receive this error.
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

This is a post script, or PCL error. When the MFP can't interpret the file you are trying to print. This is a pretty old MFP and firmware/driver updates may not make a difference. There may be a update, or patch for the Fiery that may offer you a solution. EMujo
If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.

                It is easy to find:

Drivers | Support | Toshiba Copiers

                BR
I'll never ask if I didn't check user manual, service manual, parts list, BSI/TNI/TAD... web, existing threads.
