Been getting service codes C411 and C412 on the above listed model and was curious as to what this means...Any help would be appreciated....thanks in advance.

These are power-on errors. Basically it's not detecting the lamps coming on. It's either bad thermistors, or a power problem. These are the errors you might get if a wire is pinched against the frame of the fuser. If this is the case, it might have blown the power supply. -

Seen problems with the MFP side of the fuser connection give these symptoms. Techs install the fuser assy incorrectly and cause the mounts to break resulting in poor connections.
