    toshiba 310c magenta toner fogging

Color prints are covered with magenta toner. Replace cleaning blade, doctor blade okay, and seals seem to be okay. Is there another reason this could be happening.

It can happen when the drum gets old, also main charge can cause this. Usually, I rebuild the unit when this is happening. They are usually due for PM when you start to see this.

my cust. e-211c machine did the same, seems like it happens when they didn't change the magenta toner when it ask to replace, so wat i did was:
ran "forced performing of image quality control" (05-878), "Automatic intialiazation of image quality control" (05-879), "Forced performing of color registration control" (05-407) and then the Auto gamma (05) [4]---> [Printer/Network] Place patch chart (643 hope this helps
