Looks like either a charge problem, or the HVT that powers the charge system. When you slide the drum carriage assembly into place, do you encounter any resistance, espacially during the last 1/2 inch or so? If you felt resistance previously, and just continued pushing, you may have damaged the connector that routs charge, grid, and bias voltage to the drum, and black developer. Look closely for bent/broken contacts. You might try to disconnect the charge wire from the HVT and see if you get a solid black copy. Let us know...I've never seen CQ that blotchy. EMujo
If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.

now that you say that, I think that the drum have some resistance in the ending.
I go see that, and then I say something here.
      Thanks.

I think you must try a cleaning of drum and transfer belt.
If nothing happens you must change the drum and the drum cleaner.

it was a problem with the HVT board.
when the board was changed all back to normal..
