The machine is a 452 so B&W only. It has ~400,000 copies on the counter.

Tech came out again after it jammed 8 times yesterday and checked LCPT rollers, separation assy for tension and binding. Cleaned and lubed plastic exit feed rollers.

      Just jammed again. E3E0.

Paper is crinkled up like this.

And here are the pictures I was trying to post earlier-these are taken when I open the doors immediately after a jam.

with that many copies on the LCF, I would be replacing all the transport rollers and clutches that drag paper up to the registration section. Probably have worn down (circumferance) that it is affecting feed timing. Emujo

They said they've done all that. I requested a Toshiba tech/expert to come out. He/she will probably be out next week.

          We'll see.

I still don't know why some of my posts aren't approved. A bug?

Copy specialist came out and replaced the paper sensor on the fuser unit. They thought that was it, then luckily (for us) it jammed twice while they were here. They disconnected the LCF completely and it still jammed from the right side where those doors are. I feel bad but wonder what the hell the problem is. It's odd.

Just fought one of these last week, turned out to be the clutch in my case.
