Hello, The couplers from the drum cleaning unit and the back of the machine dont contact eachother causing cleaning unit to pack full of toner. Developer is pushed in all the way, cant go anymore. Also before this happened the copys looked great and after thirty copys the quality fell off, light grainy slight background. Looks like developer is low on toner but it is being added and I manually added some in and it didnt change the density at all. I would appreciate any help. Thanks
