Toshiba E Studio 3511 Error Code C010

Hello everybody,

The machine started with error code C010, I replaced the Main motor and now when it prints in color it comes all yellow and when it prints in Black and white it come out with black lines... Is thee any known reason why this might be happening?
Please give me a light!!!! where to look or any idea!!!!

Sounds like you might have a transfer belt cleaning blade problem. it might be stuck against the belt. I have seen the transfer blade flip before and cause c010 errors. Pull out the entire belt cleaning assembly and check it, it could be a bad clutch or blade.

Thanks for the help... yesterday I was desperate and changed the belt, the drum unit, the main motor and the LGC board. Now it seem to be working fine, but if the problem comes again now I know where to look, actually that was the only part I didn't look. Thanks a lot for your help, I will let you know what happens next.

I do not know how to thank you enough... as I told you I changed everything but that part and the copy quality was not good still, but thanks to you it is know printing beautiful and my customer happy.
