Estudio 305 HELP counter not moving

Counters were working fine, department and all. Had an f100 so I did some 08-reset the hard drive, to clear out old jobs and stuff. Went to turn back on tracking and machine not counting it?

Counter of printer not moving for whole machine (stuck at 146) , per user, and department, all 0

Was just moving to sell, DAMN!

If you reset the HDD, it cleared all dept. codes from the machine. The total counter should be moving each copy though. You will have to re-enter all passwords for dept. codes.
