estudio 200 - Auto low power problem

I can not set the Automatic low power function on the printer. I go into the timers section of the copier menu. It shows Auto clear, Auto low power and Auto sleep. Auto sleep shows up in regular lettering, but auto low power and auto sleep, shows up in dotted lettering. I highlight auto power and then press set and nothing happens. How can I activate these two modes.
    Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks Scott

This has to be reset in service mode. Someone has them disabled.

Thank you for you response. How would I find out how to get into service mode to change the settings?
I just hate having the heated roller on all the time, wasting electricity and wear & tear on the machine.

      Thanks Scott

Got it to work. Had to hold 0,8 down and then turn power on. Then go into the settings to turn back on.
        Thanks for the help.
