    202L no web page

I have a 202L that the customer would like to TWAIN scan. I installed the TWAIN driver but when you go to configure it, it won't find the MFP. You can PING the machine & print to it, but device discovery will not find it when trying to install the print driver. I tried hooking my laptop up with a crossover but get the same results. I've also tried reinitializing the NIC. I think if I can get the web page/discovery to work, I'll be able to get the TWAIN working. It does have the latest firmware. Thanks for any ideas.
    Hope that helps !

If memory serves you need the scan enabler to do any type of scanning including twain.
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

Sorry Spock, I forgot to add, it does have the scan enabler. The currently scan to the file share. They need TWAIN scanning for an application outside the organization.
      Hope that helps !

It's a freight company. I think the bills of lading need to be scanned in TWAIN then uploaded to a file server that will route them. I've done it for some insurance companies with a program called TAM.
          Hope that helps !

Top access can be locked out through the control panel. Look under admin settings, network settings, HTTP settings and verify HTTP is set to on. Emujo
