I have a 202L that the customer would like to TWAIN scan. I installed the TWAIN driver but when you go to configure it, it won't find the MFP. You can PING the machine & print to it, but device discovery will not find it when trying to install the print driver. I tried hooking my laptop up with a crossover but get the same results. I've also tried reinitializing the NIC. I think if I can get the web page/discovery to work, I'll be able to get the TWAIN working. It does have the latest firmware. Thanks for any ideas.

Sorry Spock, I forgot to add, it does have the scan enabler. The currently scan to the file share. They need TWAIN scanning for an application outside the organization.Comment

It's a freight company. I think the bills of lading need to be scanned in TWAIN then uploaded to a file server that will route them. I've done it for some insurance companies with a program called TAM.Comment

Top access can be locked out through the control panel. Look under admin settings, network settings, HTTP settings and verify HTTP is set to on. EmujoIf you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.Comment
