Can you create templates on this copier?? If so how?

you can create templates, but only for the network scan (smb/ftp/email), and for this the machine need have the optionals (NETWORK PRINTER KIT – GA-1190, SCANNER UPGRADE KIT – GA-1200 and Extended Keyboard
GJ-1040).
And the registration of the templates is in the TopAccess (by the ip address of the machine).Comment

the Ga-1200 is in the right place? when you click in the scan button in the copier the led of the scan button stay on?Comment

Yes it's in the right place. When we changed the control, we did use the same scan enabler from the old controller do you think that might have something to do with it?Comment

yes we changed the Ga-1190. It works now, we got a new Ga1190 and a new scan enabler. The first one we put in it came out of a 207 that only had print (don't know if that had anything to do with it), and the scan enabler was from the original controller. So we installed a new ga1190 and a new scan enabler and it works fine now.Comment
