Brand New Installation

eStudio 305 - NJ1031 Stapler

when running 10+ sets of say 5 pages. after first few sets all OK, then every 3rd or so set will have a lowered 1st page (of course out of line with set) stapled to an otherwise normal set.

Any Wisdom?

Eliminate the paper first to be sure it is not the cause.
If the paper is humid (getting curled after fuser), it could be contributing to it.
Also check for rough edges on the paper being used.
**Try paper from an unopened ream & then maybe even a different brand.
