[Error Code] Toshiba e-Studio 207 Scan

Hi,
I have a Toshiba e-Studio 207, network printing works great but the scan to file, email and twain says "network access arror" .
I tried using the twain driver but it says "Connection to MFP has aborded Internal Error Occured ".
The IP used is static, the device descovery application finds the copier.
The subnet and dns is set.

What else can I try?

You need the Scanner Kit GA-1200 and the extension keyboard GJ-1040, as you have the Network print kit fitted.

As sdrawcab mentioned, you need to make sure you have a GA-1200 installed. This is a USB device that plugins into the print controller just above where the network cable plugs in.

If you already have the GA-1200 and are have issues still, then you will probably need to do a downgrade of firmware and then upgrade to the latest. I have seem quite a few machines have the issue that you mentioned even though the GA-1200 is installed.

In the web interface the Scanner Upgrade Kit appears to be Installed .
The Copier Firmware Version T286SY0W100
and the Printer ROM Version T282CN0E300.

Downgrade your GA-1190 and GA-1200 to v200 then upgrade again. I believe that v400 is now out.

There is a problem with CF card which is one of the part in scanner kit. Toshiba has changed the vendor and modify the firmware. If my memory serves me well You need v 301 at least to solve the problem. And yes v 400 is the latest one.
