    estudio 452 not printing

    i have a estudio452 the print job gets to the job log but does not print?
    is there security issue?

      Does it have the print enabler?
      If not then this is the correct process.
      If so does it have department management turned on? If so then it could be wrong code.
      And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!
