Is it possible to configure ALL copy jobs to go to top finisher tray so long as no stapling or hole punching is requirerd? Copy jobs are defaulted to go their unless you are making single copies or multiple copies of a single original. I do not want copies coming out the top area that is designated for faxes.

Assuming you are talking about the MJ1103 Finisher, I am thinking for Incoming faxes to print to the Output tray of the copier.
1,3 Power On. 930-0 Copier Output tray, 930-1 1st Tray of Finisher, 930-2 2nd tray of Finisher.
Check your Service manual, my notes apply to e4520c series.
