Option to print color - Unavailable?

I'm trying to print in color on a Toshiba E-Studio 451C from my computer but its not giving me the option. I'm not having the problem with printing in Black/White, not sure what else to do at this point. Any help would be great!

Is it possible that your administrator has blocked you from using color when printing? =^..^=

Which driver? Are there department codes in use on the copier? Did it work before and not now or has it always been like this? You can setup a code for color and set it to unlimited black and it may not pop up and ask for the code but delete the color job and allow the b/w to go through.

Are u sure u're using the right driver? Drivers for B/W printers like 282 and 352 will also print to 451c bbut only B/W.

I remember running into this a few years ago, There is a difference between the PCL and PS driver. One won't print in color. Can't remember which one won't.

You need to use PCL5c or the PS driver on this machine. PCL6 only gives the option for B/W. Hope this Helps!
