    E450 and net fax

I've installed net fax and everything is OK. But there isn't customer ID on the top of the page when the fax is received at the other side. The driver has option called "cover page" where I can fill up the ID, but who needs this spare sheet. Didn't find any code that turns on the ID.

The receiver has to turn on the header at his end.

Mr Spock..where do you come up with these answers? I have 0 customers utilizing network fax...0! Unless he means the analog fax option and desktop faxing. If so, the ID info can be programmed in the admin mode under fax/terminal ID..has settings for customer name and fax #. Emujo
If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.

I presumed that the id info was already inputted in the copier. If so then the receiver may have the header set to not print. I have customer ask how to turn this off as they scan these in and do not want their customers to know where it came from.

That was my fault. I thought the "cover page" literally means "page" but it only adds the header. Yep, the solution was in the driver. I have enough customers that using network fax. But this was my first time, when the customer asked about ID. Thanks guys.
