I could understand that maybe service manuals and service handbooks should not be free. But firmware I believe should be free. Why Toshiba does not follow the lead of Xerox and Hp and have updated Firmware on there websites for free I will not understand. Firmware is there because that means there is a issue of some what with that product or machine. And many times the firmware would take care of that issue. Just saying. And Yes I do Own my own company.

The problem in Egypt that Toshiba sells the machine(Toshiba Copier e-studio 307 black & white machine ) without allowing you to print or scan only after the permit is so by Software (price $ 500)

this my problem I will be grateful for any way to resolve
