Am having a Toshiba eStudio 850 and the owner have forgoten the pin number.Is there any one who knows how to check for the pin-number for this copier machine?I am also looking for a service manual for this machine if there is someone with it you can e-mail it to nrsmoyo@yahoo.com

If I understand you need to change department code. Enter User interface, or User settings Administrator password 123456, find Department settings and change it.

If you have to change Administrator password 08-263.

also set 203 to 1 then it will work but without count

Thanks for the responce but now am stuck as to how i enter into simulation for this Toshiba E-Studio 850 Copier thus why am kindly asking for a service manual if someone can email it to nrsmoyo@yahoo.com

Entering diagnostic, or setting mode 08.
Hold 0+8 while powering machine, until you access setting mode.
