I have a toshiba 351c making clear copies but sharper and low quality copies in black and colors copiers anybody have idea ?

3.2 Adjustment of the Auto-Toner Sensor When the developer material is replaced, adjust the auto-toner sensor in the following procedure. (1) Install the cleaner and developer unit. Note: Do not install the toner cartridge. (2) While pressing [0] and [5] simultaneously, turn the power ON. If it prints good from a pc then it is the optics need to be checked/cleaned/adjusted.
If not then it may need service to clean the laser, replace the developers, or 100 other issues with the machine.

If you are saying that your black copies are better looking than the color copies that is pretty normal for these. The color quality is not all that great on a multi pass machine generally speaking. These are basically a "black and white machine that can do color" or a "business color machine."

a clean machine is a mean machine!
these machines are good if looked after well,clean optics!,remove and clean laser ,clean and apply conductive grease to the revolver bias terminal,run iqc 08-396 calibrate it properly 05 4 fax 1642,70 fax 1008
