    E-studio 4511

    Changed drum,TR Belt, all Devs, all blades and brushes, also all FUSER KIT but now after about 5K prints/copies thin black horizontal lines appeared. Changed all cleaning blades and even DRUM but it's the same. ((( ??? Any ideas ?

      Check your drum. On those machines I've seen the screws that are on the color dev. units scratch the drum if they aren't tightened all the way. It can take awhile to appear because they are only lightly brushing the drum. Our machine took out two drums before we realized it was the screws!
      Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?
