Toshiba E-Studio 520 Doesnt Recognize Toner

Hello

I have a Toshiba E-Studio 520 it says "Adding Toner" and after that "Install New Toner Cartridge".
I have installed new toner but still the same thing.
There is no error code like CD30.

Sometimes the auger will break in the bottom of the hopper. Also sometimes so much toner gets down in there it binds up the little motor that sits under the toner bottle. It's a mess to take apart but that's where I'd start... just tear it down and see what you see.

It is also possible that the little sensor that senses toner falling through the assy. is messed up... some people have reported cleaning it helps. I think it's a piezo type sensor. You'll see it when you tear it all down.

Also make sure the dev unit is turning.
