Toshiba E-Studio 650 CD1 Error Code

Hello

I have changed motor brush,drum unit,developer unit,transfer belt unit,recycle motors,sensors and still CD1 is appearing.
Any experienced guy with this code,can help me?
I have service handbook and i know what does this code.

Check the copper contact plate that touches the drum brush on the back of the drum unit, make sure its not dirty or bent.

Check/clean/exchange recycle toner transport tract - there might be collected toner clod. Replace LGC board.

I,ve had several cd1 codes caused by clogged used toner unit..

I add a couple of cable ties in the recycled toner unit to help break up the toner more

I had a CD1 once and turned out was the waste toner bottle, It was totally FULL!!
Did u make sure is already empty and that the toner auger from the steering worm is rotating??

by the way: I hate E-650 Lol

recylced toner comes from the drum cleaning station, waste toner comes from the transfer leaning station? Or thats what i thought. I have been wrong before.

Before manuals4you gets me again, I have just realised the post date. Look before you leap ? I tend to look up on the way down somtimes.

Well that's how I figured out.
Make sure the waste toner bottle is empty.
I believe that machine doesn t not recycle toner but put it in the waste toner bottle. transfer belt unit does store toner in itself

Toner from the drum is recycled, toner from X-fer belt is waste. MFP needs f/w update to take advantage of the new(er) codes to help resolve the CD1 codes..This is a pretty old box, might be a logic bd problem. PS to TinnyJay..still waiting explanation of "He who loves roses...." quote. Emujo

BEATBROTHER -I can see why you would hate the 650, They DO recycle toner & the transfer belt does not store toner, the waste toner is augered out to the waste toner bottle
