[Dead] Toshiba 1370 not coming ready

Have a 1370 toshiba not coming ready. Start button stays red and won't copy. Any suggestions as where to look would be greatly appreciated. Don't get no error code either. O8-89 code just shows 00

It sounds like it thinks a door is open. Either front door or side jam access door switch fell out.
