    toshiba e-studio 352 toner clicking noise

    I work on mostly Konica Minoltas


    Heres one of my problems

    hey guys ive got a toshiba e-studio-352 that was making a click noise when adding toner. ive replaced all the the toner hopper gears drive belt motor and bottle grab section. everything was good for a week now its back. got lite copies so replaced dev drum and blade went into simulation to turn on toner drive and bottle spins freely. but now customer says noise is back and copies are lite. any ideas or help on this ? thanks in advance jr

    Sometimes the gearing on the DV unit will go bad and make a noise, usually you will get the noise and then blank copies though not an on going symptom like that...
    I will not give you service manuals or firmware.

      ya check again main DRIVE Gears and Dev tank Gears, toner hoper Gears . any one creating noise problem.

          Check the dev drive gear on the main drive unit. They can crack sometimes and the flat where the shaft sits in will allow the shaft to move freely to without turning the dev unit itself. Hope that helps
