    e-Studio 4511

Changed all parts, all developers, tr belt, all blades, cleaned laser unit, 1-st and 2-nd CR/Tr rollers, fuser kit and etc.. Reset all counters. Cleaned all sensors. Made auto gamma correction, autocalibration but density of image is poor, especialy black color when printing in color, it looks dark grey, other colors are passable. All of these studios I've seen has the same problem with poor density. Any ideas ?

Have you tried the code 05 - 10 and fax then scan it back in using 580 start?
It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.

Dumb question perhaps... but did you clean the laser slit glass and optics? 4511/3511 print quality generally sucks IMO as does the whole machine.
I will not give you service manuals or firmware.

Did you try the 08 - 10 fax. It calibrates the black by itself (copy mode). Is it on prints or copies?

The black dev lift assembly on those machines can be problematic if some one has taken it apart in the past and has not assembled it correctly (usually not putting the plate together correctly).
It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.
