Toshiba 2860/pain in the butt paper trays

    Hi,
Always seem to have same problem with trays. The front panel of cassettes always seem to break causing erractic paper size readings and message that the tray is not in machine. I have tried rubber spacers under screws that hold panel connected to rest of cassette, but nothing works for any lenth of time. The trays always seem to be a real pain in the butt. I have a feeling that this model may be notorios for this happenning. Any ideas as to what I can try to do to keep cassettes more consistently working?
    THANKS ANDY
