[CQ] ES2330c halftones to dark

Hey all, I have a customer that just upgraded from a ES282 to a ES2330c and they print these reports that have a lot of halftones in them, on the old ES282 they printed they way they are suppose to look, however on the new ES2330c the halftones are way to dark making it very hard to see most of the writing on the report. I tried using the old ES282 driver they used before and playing with driver settings but it didnt seem to help any. any ideas?

Did you try the e2330c PS3 Print Driver?

yup, didnt make any difference.

Have you tried Properties/Image Quaility/Settings and change Halftone from Auto to Smooth
