    eStudio 850 E020 Jam

    Okay, machine was working great. Suddenly got a jam client says. (don't they always?)
    Now it jams everytime when exiting machine to go into finisher and gets an E020 Jam code. All switches, tires, gates, solenoids appear fine.

    Any ideas?

      Just something that got me for a while on these, they flip the paper over just after it exits the fuser for some reason down that left hand side door, if that gate isnt flipping up to let the paper down the side you'll get a E020, the problem i had was the mylar on the gate was bent, paper was catching as it feed back up towards the finisher

              It was a BAD SPRING on the gate solenoid.
