I think he's a little gun shy now...we'll just have to wait until he breaks another machine...any bets on less then 6 weeks? Emujo
If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.

Did you use that usb stick to put the firmware on the machine ? Did you get firmware from else where or are you using the firmware which you used before?
It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.

If the firmware worked for everything apart from the laser and engine. Then it could possibly be a faulty engine (logic) board.
It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.

The machine will not boot if the boards have different levels of firmware. I can only suggest trying a logic board, from all the information I have been told.
It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.

Nobody cares what you think, you and that other idiot from Algeria.

You should call a quaiified technician to fix the problems you have (if that is possible) as it clearly shows from your posts that you are unqualified.

Re: Todhiba e studi 520 FIRMWARE FAILED

Quite often with firmware updates they start from scratch. Install the firmware and the copier should reboot and the display should appear.

Another thing to consider is reinstalling the old firmware and install then updates in the proper order. Good luck.
