Worked well until a few months ago. When I turn it on it displays "Toner not recognized", I understand that is a problem related to the thingy that holds the toner thingy... thing. I dont know what its called. If its that part, do I need to order it or can I just do something like spraying wd-40 on it or so. thanks.

Google the users guide for this manual. Then replace the toner bottle. If that does not work then call a tech.And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!Comment
