toshiba 4570 giving error code C41, i tried to reset it, but no avail, checked heater lamp, thermistors and thermofuse, all are ok, checked the wiring its fine, what could be the prob, plz help,thanks in adavance.

Check connector on the fuser's back side for breakage or foreign materials (like sheet of paper) - check fuser and machine side.

What the heck is a control power cord? Some of the C45X codes require the front door to be open when you reset the fuser code. Also look inside the fuser/adu rear frame connectors for paper dust build up. It's already been mentioned but to be more specific, Check the blue connector on the rear of the fuser. A couple of the pins on there are known to fail causing this problem. Sometimes you can repair it by reseating.Comment
