I was going to say "sure, all of us trained Toshiba techs know how to load and where to get firmware", but since the guy is fairly new I didn't want to be a Dic*. Thanks for stepping up to the plate Mr Spock. Emujo
If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.

Even some non-Toshiba trained techs know how to do it, and where and how to get it.

To check firmware, touch the user function key-user box on screen-list box-function. The last 3 numbers on the F/W Ver. line is you version.

Now loading it is a whole other story.

If this is after the update then ignore it. If it is before then the firmware may be in the wrong location. I use the root of the drive to flash the ebridge 1 machine and the folder for ebridge 2 and 3. You may also have a bad firmware loaded.

The 352 and 600 are ebridge 2 MFPs, 350 is ebridge 1, try a smaller (less than 1Gig) USB drive, ensure it's formatted FAT. 2 and 3 series work with up o 2 gig drives. Emujo
