ANYBODY HAVE A IDEA FOR THIS PROBLEM

I CHANGE THE HVT CHECK THE DV BIAS CHECK THE MC CONNECTORS AND CHECK THE NEEDLES AND EVERYTHING IS OK BUT THE MACHINE STILL PUT THE C970 CODE WHEN IS FINISHING A COPY AND ONLY MAKE 1 COPY AND THE ERROR APPEARS AND I CHANGE THE CORONAS AND MAKE 4 BLACK COPIES AND THE MACHINE STOP AND GIVE THE SAME ERROR C970 ...

Remove the needle cleaner assy and try without this shit somtimes is arcing there the copier works without this things!

So if I read this right, you had a c970 and the first thing you did was change the HVT?


As posted in several threads with this problem, check the blocks, restring the transfer-seperation corona wires and main charger wire with Katun wire off the spool, and the problem will likely go away. Do not use prestrung wires!

As posted in several threads with this problem, check the blocks, restring the transfer-seperation corona wires and main charger wire with Katun wire off the spool, and the problem will likely go away. Do not use prestrung wires!

I have stopped responding to these as I have posted this since the 230 and 350 series.... At least 3 years now....
